The focus of this workshop is to prepare you for our indoor series beginning in February. We will break down all that is SUP Yoga; the why and how, basic equipment, and proper sequencing and positioning onboard.
Join us at All Natural Training, January 13, for a 90 minute workshop and dive deeper into your SUP practice. Yoga poses will be performed on-board a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). The SUP is then balanced on two (2) stability cushions to increase instability and challenge your practice. This is not your average yoga class and is sure to challenge you while having FUN!

- Open to all-level yoga practitioners.
- No SUP experience necessary.
