Join us for an exquisite Sunset SUP Yoga class!
This class begins at 6:45 PM with Jana.
Challenge yourself by taking your practice to the water.
Yoga and stand up paddleboarding (sup) just happen to go together very well. Doing yoga on a paddleboard enhances the yoga workout. The paddleboard makes a fine yoga mat and the extra balance required by being on the water intensifies the yoga routine. The peacefulness and tranquility of floating on the water combines nicely with the meditative nature of yoga.

We will launch from the public parking lot at Seabrook Harbor (next to Castaways Restaurant and the Scooter Rental shop) located at 210 Ocean Blvd. Please note this is the closest address to our launch location. There is a large public parking lot with a public restroom in the middle of the lot. The parking spots south of this restroom are FREE. The parking spots north of this restroom are for RESIDENTS ONLY. Please park only in the south lot closest to the Hampton side of the harbor.
If you are coming from the south, heading towards Hampton, you have gone too far if you reach the bridge. The parking is located before the bridge on your left-hand side.
If you are coming from the north, the parking lot is located on the right as you come over the Hampton bridge.
Please note: Free parking is available in the North Lot. The South lot is for residents only.
- Space is limited to 10 students.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Class is 75 minutes in length from start to savasana.
- Register as BYOB when supplying your own SUP, Paddle & Anchor.
